Our services focus on helping young people with drug, crime, and mental health issues across NSW, ACT, and QLD.The Role: This diverse role combines case management and youth work, focusing on the Aboriginal Case Management program and the Deadly Dreaming program.Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:Case Management:Conduct thorough assessments and formulate clinical treatment plans.Develop comprehensive case management plans in collaboration with clients.Provide regular individual case support and interventions.Manage brokerage funding and support for young people.Provide family support where needed.Youth Work:Organise positive group programs for young people.Develop program outlines of music, dance, creative arts, and recreational activities.Ensure program delivery meets high standards and complies with funding agreements.Provide brief assessments of students' mental health and needs.Look for opportunities to form community partnerships.Minimum Requirements:Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.Tertiary or relevant qualifications or experience.Experience in developing and delivering workshops.Ability to connect and engage with young people.Experience in assessment and case planning.Excellent self-management and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills.Commitment to harm minimisation principles.Must have NSW Working With Children Check and Driver Licence (Provisional Licence minimum).How To Apply: Submit your application via SEEK with a Resume and a Cover Letter addressing the selection criteria.
