About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to join them in an Ipswich and outer West area.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordination of trades and materials for double storey, lowset and custom home projects Maintain workplace safety on all job sites Maintaining contact with owners and attending meetings Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover Skills and Experience
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
Minimum 2 years Supervising experience in housing Current Builder or Supervisors Licence Experience with double storey, custom or knock down rebuild projects Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Customer satisfaction and service orientated Ability to manage multiple projects Opportunity and Benefits
