Responsibilities Recipe Development: Create and innovate pastry recipes that meet the standards of the establishment. Develop seasonal dessert menus and special offerings. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all pastry offerings. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to uphold excellence. Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Implement proper kitchen hygiene practices to prevent contamination. Must Have Experience in pastry or bakery Passion for pastry Creative and autonomous Valid work permit for Australia Nice to have Diploma in Pastry Positive attitude towards work What's great in the job?
