Our exclusive client is a leading not-for-profit based in Central Queensland.
They are looking for their next CEO to replace someone who has been in a fixed-term role.
THE ROLE
They are seeking a CEO to join their team and support the work they do in the community.
The organisation operates:

Residential aged care; Retirement living; Home care; Allied Health.
The CEO will have oversight over all of these areas and work with relevant leaders and their teams to ensure the best delivery of support and services to the community.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead the Management Team to achieve high standards of care and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's success in a dynamic industry landscape.
Ensure commercial sustainability and success in a rapidly growing sector.
Lead and cultivate a purpose-driven team and a culture of excellence.
Oversee and enhance the operational performance of a vibrant, people-focused organisation, driving asset optimisation and delivering value to the community.

ABOUT YOU
Our client is looking for someone keen to lead and develop as part of their organisation.
Skills / Experience Required:
Qualifications: Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, aligned with the values of the brand.
Proven track record in people management and empowerment.
Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of aged care issues and industry trends.
Experience leading multi-site operations.

Requirements:
Full Australian working rights.
Driver's license.
First aid and CPR certificate.
A clear background check or ability to get one.
