to support training and development to empower the Distribution Centre team at our brand new facility at Kemps Creek, NSWKey responsibilities:Design interactive and engaging learning solutions across the DC, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings and conferencesAnalyse warehouse training for end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for updates.Conduct gap analysis in DC Team Member capabilities and recommend improvementsProvide support to department and business leaders and stakeholders where required to implement department-specific solutionsActively promote continuous improvement and learningAbout you:Strong development and facilitation of learning & development programs in a warehouse environment (or similar)Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals and explain conversational and technical conceptsProblem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressureIf you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful, and dynamic organisation, then please click on
