About the opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Consultant to support training and development to empower the Distribution Centre team at our brand new facility at Kemps Creek, NSW
Key responsibilities: Design interactive and engaging learning solutions across the DC, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings and conferences Analyse warehouse training for end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for updates. Conduct gap analysis in DC Team Member capabilities and recommend improvements Provide support to department and business leaders and stakeholders where required to implement department-specific solutions Actively promote continuous improvement and learning About you: Strong development and facilitation of learning & development programs in a warehouse environment (or similar) Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals and explain conversational and technical concepts Problem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressure If you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful, and dynamic organisation, then please click on APPLY NOW!
