Dayforce HCM Implementation Consultant
We are continuing to expand our footprint both locally and globally in the HR and Talent solution space. This new role is part of our exciting growth strategy, and we are looking for skilled Implementation Consultants with experience using or implementing HRIS/HCM systems. Dayforce is a global people platform that delivers simplicity at scale. An HCM with Payroll, HR, Talent Management and Workforce Management all in one place. Our award winning team are passionate about delivering HR transformation through innovative and dynamic solutions. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on building strong client relationships to join us as an Implementation Consultant specialising in HR and Talent Management solutions. Responsibilities
Guide clients through all phases of implementation including discovery, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Provide best practice product advice and process alignment services to a portfolio of clients, each with unique business requirements.
Configure Dayforce to meet the operational requirements of our clients.
Coaching and training for clients on best practice usage of their Dayforce solution.
Advise clients on different project options, risks, and any impacts to other processes or systems.
Be a Talent Management and HR subject matter expert, leading clients through the entire systems implementation lifecycle.
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering our implementation solutions.
Closely work with the project team to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget
About you
Experience with Dayforce or similar HR systems is highly desirable.
Very strong HR and Talent management domain skills.
Experience in mapping and designing business processes.
Exceptional communication, problem solving and documentation skills.
Passion for client success and relationship building.
Skilled in workshop facilitation.
