Day Shift Logistics Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR, Operations, Learning, and Safety teams to enhance workforce engagement.Oversee temporary workforce management and support on-site activities.Handle performance management, rostering, administration, and reporting.You will work in alignment with site HR, Operations, Learning and Safety teams to promote engagement, implement overall coordination of workers and ensure correct processing of payroll.Experience: Experience in relevant industry, onsite experience, recruitment or HR background and the right competencies.Shift Requirements: Must be available at least 1 weekend day per week in line with roster.
