An exciting opportunity is now available for an Administration Officer Level 3 to join the Day Rehabilitation Team at Bulli Hospital. This is a permanent full time opportunity.
Where you'll be workingBulli Hospital is a 120 bed facility offering sub-acute Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care services across four wards. Bulli works closely with the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Specialist team across the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District to ensure a safe and timely transfer of patients who have completed an acute episode of care and require ongoing care and management. Bulli Hospital also provides outpatient Geriatric Services and a day rehabilitation program.
What You'll Be DoingProvide a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Illawarra Cancer Care Centre to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
Minimum RequirementsAbility to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment and experience in prioritisation and responding to a range of demands.Ability to exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedure.Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and mainframe systems such as IPM and eMR.Medical terminology certificate, or working towards the completion of certificate or relevant experience.What We Can Offer YouThe Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) provides you with an excellent career choice with many rewarding experiences.
