Our client, a prominent national law firm, provides exceptional legal services to Government and commercial clients across Australia. We are currently assisting a team of three Partners in the Construction & Major Projects sector to find their next Associate or Senior Associate Construction Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on construction contracts. Manage litigation, arbitration, and adjudication processes from start to finish. Handle claims and disputes arising from major infrastructure projects. Advise on legislation impacting the construction industry. About You: We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in private practice or in-house legal teams within the infrastructure sector. Senior candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in both front-end and back-end matters is highly advantageous. A commercial mindset and a drive to maintain high standards. On Offer:
