About the Role:
Davies Stewart are partnering with Dovetail Bedford to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.
The Customer Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
This position combines efficient administration support for the sales team with exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service coordination or a similar role
Proficiency in CRM systems
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
Temp to Permanent Opportunity
This would be a part time role looking for someone readily available for 2 to 3 days a week!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner, including completing all required paperwork and purchase orders.
Ensure customer invoicing is accurate and dispatched within timeframes assigned.
Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered in full on time.
Facilitate communication with couriers and manage postal services.
Handle requests related to early terminations or price adjustments.
Provide support and guidance to the greater Dovetail team.
Manage credit requests ensuring proper acknowledgment and crediting is performed in a timely manner.
Answer phones, facilitate orders, and address customer inquiries.
Collaborate with internal business units to provide seamless customer support.
Skills & Experience:
Meeting deadlines for weekly forecasts
Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically, and find practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and switch between different tasks.
Prior experience keeping track of customer information, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
