About the Role As the Payroll Manager, you will work in a team of three to deliver payroll services to over 1000 employees (and growing).
Your responsibilities will include:
End to end payroll for multiple entities Provide support to the payroll team as needed Advising key stakeholders with regards to Award conditions System and payroll audits Keep abreast of key changes in payroll legislation Payroll cost analysis Lodgement and reporting including EOM, EOFY, STP, Superannuation, Leave Liability, Payroll Tax & WGEA. The Benefits Work from either the Gold Coast office or the Brisbane CBD office Opportunity to grow your team Regular celebrations Birthday RDO Work-from-home flexibility - one to two days per week 7.30am to 4.00pm workday About You To thrive in this position, you should be a senior payroll officer or manager with experience running a large end-to-end payroll and have the demonstrated capability to support and mentor others.
You will need to be a specialist in payroll reporting and compliance, with the natural curiosity to delve into systems and processes in order to optimise efficiency and ensure the integrity of the payroll.
