Security Requirements: Australian Citizenship and no disclosable court outcomes required as you will need to be able to get NV1 security clearances.

About the Role (Your Why)
We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting systems and infrastructure for our clients.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
You will also collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure the availability, security, and performance of our systems.
Our offices are based in Canberra and also Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney.

Design and implement systems and infrastructure based on client requirements Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and infrastructure Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of systems and infrastructure Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry What You'll Bring
For this role, it would be beneficial if you have some or all of the following:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or related role Strong Knowledge, experience and management of Active Directory and associate infrastructure applications and their best practices, including Domain Name Services (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificates.
Experience with Systems Centre Management (SCCM, SCOM).
Exchange Server experience Experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix and VMware and Hypervisor management Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience Management of physical server environments such as Cisco Unified Computing (UCS), HPE and Dell Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python Good understanding of networking principles, protocols and security Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
