We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team in the role of Database Platform Lead.

About the Role: As the Lead you will step into a role that combines technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities. You will oversee a small team, guiding their efforts in supporting and enhancing the Oracle database environment. While your role is primarily focused on leadership, you will also dive into technical challenges, ensuring the stability and optimisation of the database platform.

What do you need to have to be considered? Essential:Strong expertise in Oracle databases and WebLogic.Proficiency in Linux, Windows OS platforms, and cloud services.Proven experience in team leadership and workload prioritisation.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.Nice to Have:Familiarity with Oracle Peoplesoft Financials platform.Knowledge of Ascender Pay and Callista systems.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact within a prestigious educational institution.
