We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Database Manager with a strong and current understanding of pharmacy operations to lead the way in optimising our stock systems.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Stock Support teams across our pharmacies and work closely with the Centralised Ordering team to maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring our database performs at its best and data integrity remains strong.Other key responsibilities include; Collaborate with Stock Support teams in each pharmacy to identify and correct stock inaccuracies.Maintain and update supplier information regarding product lines in Minfos.Use Minfos reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Work closely with the Centralised Ordering team to address and resolve data consistency challenges.Key focus areas include: Managing and reducing Negative Stock on HandResolving Negative Gross Profit on SalesInvestigating and resolving Stock VarianceReporting on Dispensary Stock Skills and Experience Previous recent experience in pharmacy operations, especially working with Minfos POS, is highly desirable and will set you up for success in this role.Extremely clear and high-level communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships to your internal and external contact.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow procedure and adhere to required processes.Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications.
