Database Developer

We are looking for a qualified Database Developer to design a stable and reliable database according to our company's needs.
You will be responsible for developing, testing, improving, and maintaining a new database to help users retrieve data effectively.
As part of our IT team, you will work closely with our Director to ensure system consistency.
You will also collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compliance officers to provide technical support and identify new requirements.
Communication and organization skills are key for this position, along with a problem-solution attitude.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our database systems run effectively and securely on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:Design stable, reliable, and effective databasesOptimize and maintain legacy systemsModify the database according to requests and perform testsSolve database usage issues and malfunctionsLiaise with senior staff to improve applications and establish best practicesGather user requirements and identify new featuresDevelop technical and training manualsProvide data management support to usersEnsure all database programs meet company and performance requirementsResearch and suggest new database products, services, and protocolsRequirements:Proven work experience as a Database DeveloperIn-depth understanding of data management (e.g.
