Waverley Christian College is a forward-thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of approximately 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2024.
The College is seeking a part-time (FTE 0.6) Database and Records Management Administrator with a passion for data integrity, compliance, and supporting operational excellence. Your expertise will drive the accuracy, security, and effective use of our College's critical databases, supporting both administrative and teaching staff in achieving their goals.
In this pivotal position, you will oversee, manage, and enhance the College's primary and secondary databases, ensuring they meet the needs of both administrative and teaching staff. This includes developing data management policies, maintaining data security, training staff, generating insightful reports, and ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations. You'll also play a key role in records management and collaborate with external vendors and our Essential Applications Technician (EAT) to troubleshoot and improve systems.
