As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to transforming large volumes of raw data into actionable business insights. This role involves identifying data sources, automating data collection, and analyzing data to uncover patterns and trends. You will develop predictive models, utilize data visualization techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions and strategies for various business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and automate data collection from valuable data sources.Pre-process structured and unstructured data.Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns.Develop predictive models using machine-learning algorithms.Combine models through ensemble modeling techniques.Present data insights using advanced data visualization methods.Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.Your Capability and Experience:Proven experience as a Data Scientist.Proficiency in data mining, statistical methods, machine learning, and operations research.Strong knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Spark, Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus.Experience with Data Science tools (e.g., SAS EM, Alteryx, IBM Modeler, Knime).Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop).Analytical mindset with strong mathematical skills (e.g., statistics, algebra) and problem-solving aptitude.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.What's in it for you!We believe technology is about more than business transformation - it's also about building a more sustainable, inclusive future.
