Flexible working Role Summary: The Data Scientist would work with the Head of Analytics to deliver best in class Data & Analytics services across existing and new clients.
Reporting to the Agency Partners, this role provides diversification across advertiser categories and a great deal of autonomy to service and grow the Data and Analytics portfolio across Customedia.
The ideal candidate will have mathematical and statistical expertise, along with natural curiosity and a creative mind.
While mining, interpreting, and cleaning data, this person will be relied on to ask questions, connect the dots, and uncover hidden opportunities for our clients.
Objectives of the Role: Create portfolio of products for existing and new clients which enhance business outcomes via sophisticated data analysis.
Create awareness of the Data & Analytics offering through building new relationships, networking and trade press opportunities.
Develop internal data confidence and sophistication through a series of education and learnings programs.
Be at the forefront of change and developments across the industry.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights for clients.
Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for clients.
Client Solutions Development: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing challenges.
Design and implement data-driven solutions to address client needs and optimize marketing outcomes.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
New Business Development: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities through data analysis and market research.
Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Contribute to the development of innovative data-led offerings to attract new clients.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative teams, and technology experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies.
Technology and Tool Utilization: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and data science tools.
Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies that enhance the agency's data analytics capabilities.
Ensure the effective implementation of data-related technologies in client projects.
You Have: Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Maths or related field.
7+ years of experience within marketing research or similar field with SAS, ETL, Data Processing, Database Programming and Data Analytics Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation.
Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills Familiarity with public cloud computing (AWS, Google) would be an advantage.
Experience with programming languages such as Java/Python Excellent written and verbal communication skills You are passionate and positive.
