TSPV - Data Scientist We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support a critical cybersecurity initiative.
This role requires advanced data analytics expertise to extract meaningful insights, drive informed decision-making, and enhance analytical processes in a highly secure environment.
Candidates must hold an active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TS PV) clearance and be willing to undertake additional suitability assessments.
Essential Tasks: Provide SME advice to stakeholders to maximize the value of data and improve analytical processes.Develop and implement technical solutions to identify trends and insights within data.Support data acquisition, engineering, modeling, and automation activities.Use graph databases and scripting tools to analyze and correlate disparate data sets effectively.Key Criteria: Minimum 5 years' experience in data science, data engineering, and/or data analysis roles.Proven experience with graph databases to support analytical outcomes.Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for analyzing and correlating remote/disparate datasets.Experience automating data collection, enrichment, and presentation processes using scripting tools.Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
