They are searching for a Data Scientist to join their Data Team, reporting directly to the Head of Data Analytics.
This role focuses on enhancing business intelligence and exploratory analytics capabilities, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Collaborate with the data team to identify business challenges addressed via Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Machine Learning.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to spot commercial opportunities and convert them into scalable data solutions.
Create compelling data storytelling for stakeholders to drive impactful recommendations.
Collaborate with data engineers to produce BI dashboards for self-service reporting and analytics.
Prioritize and manage stakeholder requests, employing data science principles for scalable BI solutions.
Create Machine Learning models for propensity, time series, and recommendations for insights and activation.
Support the Senior Data Scientist in optimizing the single customer view by integrating varied data sources.
Develop data products for organizational stakeholders to embed data into decision-making processes.

This role requires you to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4-6+ years of experience in data, preferably within retail, telecommunications, tech, or consulting.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
Natural curiosity and eagerness to explore data.
Strong communication and influencing abilities.
You would benefit from having: Familiarity with Databricks or Thought Spot.
Successful applicants must undergo a National Police Criminal History check due to the nature of the work.
