In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive AI Technology Strategy for the business.
Create a roadmap for applying machine learning and AI across various business functions.
Define and govern data science, machine learning, and AI standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
Ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of data science and AI systems.
Oversee data quality and integrity in all data science initiatives.
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within Winc.
Deliver thought leadership on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires you to have: Experience developing, testing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages and data manipulation tools.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
A relevant tertiary qualification in data analytics, data governance, or machine learning.
Proven track record of successful data science and AI projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
