About the role:
This role will require you to provide both administration and problem-solving skills as well as a hands-on role in the audit and management of smart water meter systems across Australia. You will need to be an excellent communicator who is comfortable negotiating outcomes, liaising with all stakeholders, and performing the day-to-day governance and business processes of Data Right. The role requires you to manage the auditing and QA side of our business, distributing reports to a team of 8, managing up-skilling of team members, and onboarding training. This role is suited to an experienced personal assistant/administration officer who is skilled in the management of people and processes. You will require a high level of problem solving, decision making, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to assist with tender writing is preferable.

As an Administrator/QA and Audit Leader, your responsibilities include:
Booking flights and accommodation as well as other administrative tasks Rostering planning and associated remuneration Allocate work and manage the team's workload Problem solve and troubleshoot issues Continuously improve current procedures Audit meter numbers against field photos Data analysis and reporting Invoicing Take part in project close-out and document lessons learned Work independently and in a team to meet deadlines Effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers To be successful in this role, you will have:
