In this role, you will deliver insights that help us align our efforts with our mission, guiding Diabetes Australia toward its strategic goals.
Your work will support internal and external reporting, strengthening the impact of our programs and ensuring we stay accountable to those we serve.What You'll Be DoingPartner with GHS (Get Healthy Service) leaders to prioritize data and reporting needs, aligning with key program deliverables.Lead the full lifecycle of data activities – from requirements analysis and report development to detailed analysis and visualization.Present data insights in clear, compelling ways that empower leadership and support informed decision-making.Champion continuous improvement by refining our processes and enhancing data quality and reporting standards.Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting our team in meeting Diabetes Australia's strategic goals.What We're Looking For:A bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or equivalent experience in data-related roles.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with precision and accuracy.Skilled in visualizing and presenting complex information in ways that are clear and impactful for various stakeholders.Knowledge of statistical tools and experience with large datasets (Excel, SPSS).A collaborative mindset and experience in continuous improvement.Desirable: Experience in the health, community, or not-for-profit sectors is highly valued.Our Values in ActionOur core values shape everything we do.
