About the Role The Global Data & Reporting Analyst provides expertise in data reporting and analytics to support decision making within OneSchool Global (OSG). This role will work closely with key leaders to develop understanding of OneSchool Global's organisational data and produce meaningful data analytics to enable decision making. Key Accountabilities: Work with Leadership to develop understanding of the data reporting requirements and provide analytical support. Coordinate the effective, secure, and timely acquisition and curation of reports to support projects and strategic operational goals while maintaining appropriate data access controls. Collaborate with Departmental Data Analysts and Dashboard Teams to create visually appealing dashboards and reports to present findings. Create bespoke visually appealing reports to present findings to leadership. complex data into easy-to-understand visualisations for business stakeholders. Develop and maintain data pipelines that enable the data collection process. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and outliers. Regularly update and maintain existing reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Implement data validation procedures to identify route causes to enable addressing of data quality issues. Provide expert advice and input to the development of and application of data governance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant data sharing, privacy and security legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines. About you Demonstrated a track record of working as a Senior Data Analyst. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI). Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with data warehousing and data modelling Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and validation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
