Job Description Summary This role is responsible for ensuring that data quality requirements are maintained and to develop and report performance against operational metrics.
You will be responsible for data collation & presentation required to meet contractual and operational reporting requirements.
This role will work collaboratively with the operations and maintenance delivery teams to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.

Build a strong understanding of the contract, commercial arrangements and KPI regime Identification of asset performance metrics, and their ongoing analysis to improve financial and quality performance Input to monthly reporting, including reporting on asset performance metrics, work process targets and data accuracy.
Identify & resolve data quality issues across a range of systems, ensuring that data flows are correct Assist with the development of targeted maintenance regimes, based on risk-based principles and asset performance data Manage and drive the identification and implementation of energy and chemical saving initiatives, in accordance with the energy and chemical incentive framework Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of Service Stream workflows and processes through data analytics and business improvement processes About You
Based in the Bendigo or surrounding areas Tertiary or similar qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Proficient in the use of Process Improvement Methodologies i.e.
Six Sigma, or similar Power Automate familiarity desirable to take on all of the automated workflows PowerBI familiarity desirable Proficiency with Business Intelligence reporting software Experience/knowledge of data relevant to water utility processes would be highly valued About Us
