Data Privacy Officer

You must have significant experience within a senior privacy or data protection role acquired in a complex, matrixed financial services organisation.
Professional privacy qualifications are highly regarded, such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
We are looking for demonstrated experience in designing and managing privacy programs and uplifting organisational maturity in this area, along with experience in developing and implementing internal control and governance, policies and procedures based on the regulatory requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.

You'll be responsible for:Working with our Group Risk and Compliance team as Data Privacy OfficerCollaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure alignment between security and privacy compliance programs, including policies, practices, and reviews.Designing, implementing, and maintaining a privacy risk management framework.Promoting information privacy awareness and maturity uplift across the organisation.Supporting the continuous improvement and strengthening of key privacy standards and controls across divisions, leveraging extensive knowledge of industry best practice and Group policies.Please send your resume to ****** and reach out to me on 0477 696 046.

Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor Degree
Skills: Professional privacy qualifications such as CIPP or CIPM are preferred.
