The Data ML Consulting Architect (GCP) is responsible for: Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers for Google Cloud customers.Support technical relationships with customers through product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solution adoption.Provide technical and thought leadership in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud transformation, focusing on GCP and multi-cloud architectural patterns.Lead complex machine learning projects across industries, developing comprehensive cloud and AI strategies leveraging the full GCP ecosystem.Create technical accelerators and reusable solution frameworks for cloud and AI transformations.Mentor high-performance machine learning engineers and data scientists while representing the practice at industry conferences and client engagements.Engage with C-level executives, influencing strategic decisions and supporting practice development activities.About You (skills/experience): Technology Consulting involves exciting, fast-paced work, dealing with a variety of stakeholders, clients, and consultants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers solve problems, a strong foundation in Machine Learning, and a deep understanding of the GCP platform. Your past experience should include: 10+ years of enterprise cloud and machine learning experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale implementations and providing strategic technical guidance to C-level executives.Expert-level proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and services, including a deep understanding of GCP's roadmap and the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to senior technical and business stakeholders.Extensive experience developing and deploying production-ready solutions leveraging Vertex AI and other machine learning platforms, with a focus on business outcomes and demonstrable ROI.Ability to articulate the business value of AI/ML solutions in clear, concise terms to non-technical audiences.Exceptional ability to create compelling prototypes/demos and articulate their value to diverse customer audiences.Advanced machine learning model design, development, deployment, and MLOps experience, including expertise in model optimization, monitoring, and retraining strategies within a production environment.Comprehensive understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks.Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendor technical and sales teams, effectively leveraging their resources and expertise to support customer engagements and drive successful outcomes.Ability to guide and mentor junior team members on ML best practices.Our Benefits: Joining Cognizant will give you the opportunity to learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry, while having your finger on the pulse of emerging industry trends and working on the cutting edge of technology in your field of expertise.
