We are better together.Join us at Metro South Health and be part of a world-class, dynamic and growing health service that embraces technology, excellence in health care, teaching, research and empowering our people to be the best in serving our community.About the RoleDemonstrated high level, advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and use of pivot tables.Utilise a high level of collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with all members of the multidisciplinary team with the ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with all levels of staff.Provide opportunities for information sharing and education that will optimise the efficient use of resources.Maintain reporting mechanisms against community-based service key performance indicators, identify and provide recommendations or actions for addressing deficiencies and variances.Ensure coordination and compliance with auditing and incident management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure outcomes are communicated and acted upon accordingly within agreed timeframes.Assist the Nurse Manager, BPIO and other Directors in the coordination, development and implementation of systems to monitor strategies to ensure continual compliance to safety, quality and risk management legislative standards, required to maintain the organisation's accreditation status.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
