We're seeking a Data Operations Lead to join our Data, Analytics & AI Leadership Team and take charge of a team overseeing mission-critical data services on Azure Cloud.
About the Role
As the Data Operations Lead, you'll oversee the stability and performance of our data platforms, ensuring they meet Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). You'll lead a blend of internal DataOps teams and 3rd party vendor resources, delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure production environments are stable, always available, and performing at their best. Lead the charge on incident management, resolve complex problems, and eliminate vulnerabilities. Drive improvements in data integrity, working with stakeholders to address issues and refine the data quality backlog. Identify and implement quick, impactful improvements to data assets. Cultivate a high-performing team, manage vendor partnerships, and handle budgets effectively. Establish clear communication channels, implement streamlined release frameworks, and drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Deep expertise in Data Operations and managing complex data delivery lifecycles. Strong background in modern data platforms (preferably Snowflake, Informatica, Ataccama, Ctrl-M, SQL Server). Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in data observability, quality management, and technical landscape optimization. Experience with DevOps and Release Management frameworks. Why Apply?
