Newly created role that is pivotal to the P&C team of one of Australia's most trusted brands.

What You'll Do
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced
Data Insights Lead
to play an integral role in leading the data and analytics requirements for the People & Culture function at the NRMA.
In this full-time permanent role reporting to the Group Manager, People Support, you will provide data insights analysis, reports and advice in a fast-paced and centralised People & Culture operation that supports the NRMA group of businesses, as you drive them to operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Manage all of the People and Culture monthly data and analytics reporting.
Seek efficiency improvement through smart design and set-up of reports and analysis, with automation in mind.
Work with Business Partners to understand reporting and data requirements.
Manage WGEA Annual reporting.
Identify workforce trends and provide meaningful insights to P&C leadership team.
Hands on analysis and visualization of complex data utilizing a variety of tools.
Contribute to the build of analytical capability and showcasing the value of insights.
Deliver proactive analyses in a timely, robust, and quality/actionable manner.
Use insights to build P&C business cases for new projects.
Support the continuous expansion and improvement of Data Assets and Capabilities through close collaboration with Technology and various stakeholders.
Contribute to data development and ensure data sets are evolving in align with business changes.
Improve data quality through identifying sources of data errors (system or process) and funnel to Governance group.
Stakeholder and communication management to foster good relationships across the business.
Actively participate and contribute to any internal team development activities (e.g. knowledge sharing sessions, peer reviews, One on One training, showcases).
What You'll Bring
4 years' experience within a data and analytics role, coupled with tertiary qualification.
Solid understanding of Power BI.
Exposure and understanding of People / HR systems (desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in trend analysis and insights.
Developed written and verbal communication skills.
