RepairLink is looking for a Data Insight Analyst to join their Advocacy & Oversight team. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of customer feedback data. The position requires meeting operational and regulatory reporting needs while working with various systems and data teams to provide comprehensive data insights. A key focus is on optimizing customer complaint understanding and supporting business users through detailed reporting and documentation.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:Provide expertise in Tableau reporting, offering training and self-service supportCommunicate changes in projects and programs to large business user groupsPromote routine complaint handling in banking and insurance sectorsDocument data dictionaries, FAQs, and user guides on platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, CollibraArticulate business problems and update procedure guides and SOPsDeliver BAU reports and build/deploy Enterprise-level Tableau dashboards and datasetsIdentify improvement areas for better complaints understandingNavigate data and insights systems such as DB servers, AWS, SQL, and Tableau dashboardsThis role comes with the following benefits:Flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on retail stores and insurance productsCommunity support with payroll giving, donation matching, and paid volunteer leaveOngoing study support and career development programsWork/life balance with an employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilThis role requires you to have:Advanced business intelligence skills including Tableau, dashboard design, deployment, and maintenanceEnd-to-end data journey understandingExperience with Tableau, MS SharePointProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Confluence, and CollibraStrong stakeholder influencing ability and change management skillsExcellent communication for reporting to leadership and external audiencesYou would benefit from having:2+ years of data analyst experienceKnowledge of SQL or Python codingSuncorp is committed to a diverse, talented, and passionate workforce.
