Repair Link is looking for a Data Insight Analyst to join their Advocacy & Oversight team.
This role is crucial for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of customer feedback data.
The position requires meeting operational and regulatory reporting needs while working with various systems and data teams to provide comprehensive data insights.
A key focus is on optimizing customer complaint understanding and supporting business users through detailed reporting and documentation.
