Who we are looking for? We are looking for a Data Governance Consultant to support the Technical and Strategic delivery of a new Data Governance Enhancement Programme. The Consultant will work in the Data Asset and Flow Inventory Workstream and interface into other key DG Programme Workstreams such as "Data Ownership", "Group Taxonomy" and "Data Quality".
The Consultant will report directly to the Product Owner for the Group's Data Catalog tool "DataOne", powered by Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud, and will work closely with other Workstream Leads and PICs for all of the Business Units, reporting progress to the Project Management Office and Chief Data Officer.
What is needed? As Collibra is the tooling of choice, the consultant is expected to be proficient in the tool, specifically: Asset Modelling Metadata Ingestions Implementing Operating Model Concepts (Asset Types, Relations, Attributes) Data Governance is at the heart of the programme; the consultant should be familiar with key Data Governance concepts such as:
Data Modelling Data Products Data Lineage (Business Lineage) Data Ownership and Stewardship Data Quality Management You will be: Proactive and able to take initiative to gather requirements, feedback, and ideas alongside other Workstreams and PICs from business units through various workshops. Proficient in Data Governance User Experience and User Journey Mapping, Business Process Modelling, and User Interface Design. Nice to have: Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JS) Collibra Ranger certification Non-Collibra experience with Data Quality Issue Management Experience with Data Classification and Labelling Knowledgeable in GraphQL Experience developing Collibra Workflows (Groovy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
