We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a six-month contract for a Data/Financial Analyst based in our Head Office conveniently located in Sydney CBD.
You'll need to be detail oriented and proficient in designing, creating and distributing reporting to all areas of PICA Group.
Your duties will include:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
Data Management:
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimise efficiency and quality; acquire and maintain data from various sources.
Data Cleaning and Troubleshooting:
Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Collaboration and Prioritisation:
Work with management and cross-functional teams to prioritise business and information needs, and to understand and deliver on data requirements.
Innovation and Visualisation:
Create data dashboards and visualisations to help stakeholders understand their data, and test new BI tools or analytics techniques for improved data analysis.
About you:
Experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
