About the Role - 100% Work from Home Your key responsibilities will be working across a number of our clients assessing systems, data entering new assessment requests, managing correspondence with our clients and internal stakeholders.
Training will be provided, then you will be working from your home office. You will be part of an engaged team, who are focused on providing an exception level of customer service, on time, every time.
Daily responsibilities are varied and include:
Data entry of new referralsDuplication of data entry between systemsManaging email correspondenceMeeting and exceeding key performance expectations
Skills & Experience Essential 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including OutlookExcellent attention to detailAbility to multitask efficiently Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Task orientated, driven, with the ability to work within a team or alone as the task dictatesStrong verbal, written and visual communication skillsData entry and 60 wpm keyboard skills within a database software applicationProblem solving abilityAdvantageous Claims management/insurance experienceDemonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to rapidly adapt to seasonal workflow.
Remuneration Casual Hourly Rate of $41.25 + Super
Start Date Seeking a 16 December 2024 start date, where full onboarding and training will be provided.
