Our client is a privately-owned trucking company who is seeking a 

Data-Entry Clerk

to join their office in Hazelmere on a temp to perm basis.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm 
Hourly Rate: $30.36

Responsibilities:
Data entry and processing of incoming and outgoing paperworkAnswering telephone calls and customer queries.Processing quotes/paymentsConsistent email management with as well as using other office programs (such as word and excel)You will be responsible for a broad range of operational activities that are crucial to the effective running of the business. Requirements:
Experience using Freight2020 computer software system (preferred but not essential) Experience with data entry and the transport industry (preferred not essential)Must be a fast learner and have good attention to detail. Own transportHave the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise according to deadlines.
