Potential for hybrid working once establishedWe are seeking someone long-term, with availability to start mid-late January. Therefore, this role is unsuitable for short-term visa holders, or those not currently residing in Australia.
Busy cattle transport business requires an experienced data entry and administrative team member. Work within a small, friendly, flexible team to help keep our Driver & Vehicle records up to date.
Office located in SALE, VIC (required to attend the office). Genuine administration experience is essential. Transport industry-specific experience is desirable.

Key responsibilities:Update daily job records - collating daily jobs & ensuring all associated paperwork is accounted for and uploaded to the relevant databases (includes liaising with Drivers where paperwork is outstanding).Updating vehicle maintenance records.Ensuring Driver paperwork is filled out correctly.New employee inductions - arranging for appropriate training/medical clearances.Ability to prioritise workload & complete required tasks on time.Process-drivenYour application will include the following questions:
