We are a "different kind of Pharmacy" group looking for a data entry / accounts clerk expert to join our team. We are service rather than discount focused, and offer traditional pharmacy services alongside natural and holistic remedies so our patients and customers can choose a unique integrated approach to managing their healthcare.Our pharmacies are located in Canberra City along with our head office. You can check us out at www.thepharmacynetwork.com.au.Your focus will be to support the retail managers from behind the scenes. The role requires you to work part-time in a small office team to ensure optimum data integrity for our pharmacies. This is an entry-level role and requires impeccable attention to detail, fast data entry, and good time management skills. You will also be required to converse with our store administration teams and warehouse managers. Previous experience in grocery or pharmacy dealing with large amounts of stock is beneficial. We stock over 10,000 different items so a knowledge of pharmacy and retail would also be an advantage.You will be responsible for:Entering invoices from our pharmacies into our accounts systemEntering utilities invoicesEfficiently and accurately entering dataCommunicating with suppliersAssisting with stock takesPreparation of supplier statements, ready for paymentManaging pricing and supplier product updatesAnd other accounting tasksStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communicator and highly organizedWorks well under pressure within a busy work environmentWilling to understand the business from top to bottomWilling and want to inject input into the business to make improvementsWork within the team at all levels of the businessBenefits and CultureThe Pharmacy Network is a family-owned business that operates three busy pharmacies across Canberra City & Manuka.
