What role will you play?As an experienced Data Engineer with strong Data and ETL hands-on expertise, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of regulatory epics. With your strong problem solving and technical expertise you will improve our platform efficiency by advancing our AI and automation capabilities.
What you offerExpert Big Data and Hadoop experience with a focus on Spark, Hive, Presto (or other query engines), big data storage formats (such as Parquet, ORC, Avro) and data pipeline orchestration tools like AirflowExpert in Spark SQL, with proven ability in tuning and optimisationProven hands-on experience in implementing data integration tools (such as Talend, DataStage or Informatica) and data warehousesStrong AWS experience with any or all of the following (EC2, S3, RDS, EMR)Ability to drive platform efficiency by extending our Automation and AI capabilities – python experience preferredUnderstanding of data governance areas such as data lineage, technical metadata, data quality and reconciliationUnderstanding of Data Architecture expertise including different data modelling techniquesWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
