Data Integration Engineer: 6 months initial contract with a mining clientBased in Perth CBDSkills: Azure Databricks and Synapse AnalyticsOur mining client is seeking a talented Data Engineer / Integration Engineer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Synapse Analytics. Your expertise will help ensure efficient data transformation, integration, and management to support their data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities: Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Synapse Analytics.Develop and maintain SQL queries for data transformation and cleansing.Integration Solutions: Design and develop integration solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies such as Boomi and MuleSoft.Configure and manage APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for data exchange.Write clean and maintainable code for integration logic.Data Management: Work with cloud storage solutions like Azure Blob Storage for data ingestion and processing.Implement best practices for data governance and quality control.Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the effective use of data integration solutions.Qualifications: Experience in similar Data Engineering / Integration Engineering roles.Proven experience with Azure Databricks and/or Azure Synapse Analytics.Proven experience with configuring Unity Catalogue.Expertise in SQL development and data transformation techniques.Familiarity with cloud storage concepts (e.g., Azure Blob Storage).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.How to Apply If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link below.
