We're looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team and enhance our supply chain data processes. Core Engineering Skills NEEDED Proficiency in Python & SQL: Essential for building and maintaining our models. Experience with Pandas, Polars, or general data engineering in Python: Required for managing our extensive Python codebase for data processing. Experience with Docker: We utilize containerized Python components extensively. Familiarity with Object-Oriented and Functional Paradigms: Our core Python code is object-oriented, while Polars code is more functional. Familiarity with Terraform: All our GCP infrastructure is managed with Terraform, requiring a cautious and conceptual approach. Proficiency in CI/CD Workflow Tools: Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or GCP Workflows is essential. Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (GCP preferred): Familiarity with GCP is preferred, but experience with AWS or Azure is transferable. Data Analytics Skills Interpreting/Investigating Numbers: Ability to recognize patterns in numeric outputs for easier debugging and investigation.
