Your opportunity You'll contribute to Queensland's transition to renewable energy and join a team that is a new function within the organisation with a highly engaged and invested senior leadership team. As our Data Enablement Manager your proven experience in developing and executing strategies, workforce plans and roadmaps including fostering a data-driven culture will be key to Energy Queensland's continued success and growth.
Based at any major QLD centre you'll draw on your excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate within departments and across divisions at all levels including executives. You will lead a team of data specialists based in Newstead and collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders primarily located in Newstead.
Amplify your impact: Advance the maturity of data related service offerings by ingraining a data-centric culture with the support and tools needed to responsibly leverage trusted data that achieves business outcomes.Lead the development, execution and subsequent refreshes of the Data Strategy for Energy Queensland, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Create, collaborate and manage to roadmaps associated to data management outcomes, prioritising initiatives that deliver the highest business value and impact.Establish strong partnerships with divisions across Energy Queensland to understand their data needs and deliver solutions and services that enable data-driven decision making.Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of data management initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.This position is graded as Professional & Managerial Grade Four. On a 10-day fortnight, the remuneration for your new role is from $223,443 per annum + 14.75% superannuation.
