Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply.What you'll be doingIn this role you will be required to assist with the recruitment of people into the Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry-NSW (PCOR-NSW) and participate in the collection of clinical information and patient reported outcome measures.You will have demonstrated experience working in a clinical quality registry as well as an understanding of health information and privacy.For your application to be consideredA covering letter addressing the Essential Requirements, as outlined in the Role DescriptionA response to the Pre-screening questions, as outlined below.Knowledge of the NSW Health system and the Health Records and Information Privacy ActTertiary qualification and/or relevant experienceExperience working in a clinical quality registryExperience collecting Participant Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)Experience abstracting clinical data from histopathology reports and medical recordsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsHigh level Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and TeamsMust be willing to travel throughout NSW on a regular basisRole required to occasionally work out of hours for remote data collection*Please note that work-related expenses such as travel will be covered by the Cancer Institute NSWIf successful for interview, candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel.Please outline your experience in working in a prostate cancer project and explain how you ensured the timely collection and quality of data whilst simultaneously developing strong relationships with stakeholders who served as the custodians of the data.Please provide details of your experience working in a clinical quality registry.
