Job Description:Friendly and supportive team environmentAbout the Role You will support the Data Manager, Administration Manager, Senior Data and Data Clerks, to provide administrative, data entry and reception assistance to St Vincent's BreastScreen.
You must also be able to understand and comply with documented Breastscreen Victoria policies, procedures and protocols.
Duties include:
Management of client data, including entry, processing of breast imaging and electronic management of image transfers in an accurate and timely mannerProcess confidential data generated by St Vincent's BreastScreen and associated screening centresCreate and dispatch results as per department timeframeCompletion of other duties as directed by senior staffPerform reception duties as defined in the Data Manual in a professional and caring mannerAdvise clients appropriately of delayed appointment circumstancesAnswer and transfer incoming calls in a proficient, timely and professionally welcoming mannerClassifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata)
