Key job responsibilitiesMaintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficientlyShare knowledge and follow the best practices in Data Center OperationsParticipate in and deliver on high impact projectsContribute to, and improve on operational efficiencyAdditional role requirementsThis role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts.
