Key job responsibilitiesMaintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.Share knowledge and follow the best practices in Data Center Operations.Participate in and deliver on high impact projects.Contribute to, and improve on operational efficiency.Additional role requirementsThis role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts. This may change based on the future needs of the business.Due to the location of our sites, candidates should possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.1+ years of computer networking experience.High school or equivalent diploma.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.Acknowledgement of country:
