You will become the senior resolver for your support team and able to troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure issues. You will help create and maintain documentation on the technologies you support and be the primary escalation point for junior staff. You know how to innovate and make decisions on your own, but also know how to take direction when it is given, paying attention to all details involved.Key job responsibilitiesMaintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficientlyShare knowledge and help educate less technical staff on the best practices in Data Center OperationsBe a technical escalation point for other team membersParticipate in and deliver on high impact projectsContribute to, and improve on operational efficiencyAdditional role requirementsThis role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts.
