The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to fast and constantly changing environment and require shift work including weekend and holiday after completion of training.Key Job ResponsibilitiesIncident first responder and follow call leader's instruction for hands on supportBreak-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelineMaintain proper media operations according to process guidelineCapacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelineSite management and maintain tidiness in operation areasLearn and develop on operation and support processes with innovation and automationBASIC QUALIFICATIONSShow interest in learning computing hardware and operation systemsGood written and verbal communication in EnglishGood attention to detailsDegree / High Diploma or equivalent qualificationsUp to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
