Data Center Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking talents who can take ownership, eager to learn and self-motivated, to join our team to support AWS data centers managing all of the servers, storages and network that ensure uninterrupted services for our customers. The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to a fast and constantly changing environment and require shift work including weekends and holidays after completion of training.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesIncident first responder and follow call leader's instruction for hands-on support.Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelines.Maintain proper media operations according to process guidelines.Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelines.Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.Learn and develop on operation and support processes with innovation and automation. Minimum RequirementsShow interest in learning computing hardware and operation systems.Good written and verbal communication in English.Good attention to detail.Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications.Up to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting. Fresh graduates are welcome.Basic understanding of incident response and prioritization. Preferred QualificationsMajoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus but not required.Knowledge in Computer Server Hardware.Knowledge in Linux Operating System.Knowledge of any operations, processes, and continuous process improvement.Literacy in security and customer data protection. #J-18808-Ljbffr
